Cheerful Heart Mental Health Counseling PLLC is a New York–based practice. In California, counseling services are provided solely by Shakira K. O’Garro, LPCC (CA License #12334) under the authority of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

By scheduling services, you acknowledge that your provider is licensed in California and that services are governed by California law.

Mondays 11am-7pm

Tuesdays 9am-7pm

Wednesdays 10am-7pm

Thursdays 1pm-8pm

Friday Closed

Saturdays by appointment only

Sundays Closed
