What is EndoKin Collective?
EndoKin Collective is a supportive community for people living with **endometriosis and adenomyosis** who want connection, guidance, and tools for emotional healing. We blend community support with a trauma-informed lens so you can feel less alone and more empowered in your care.
Who is this community for?
EndoKin is for adults navigating endometriosis or adenomyosis who want support with things like:
* Feeling isolated or misunderstood
* Medical trauma, healthcare stress, and burnout
* Anxiety, depression, grief, or shame connected to symptoms
* Relationship strain, identity shifts, or fertility-related emotional pain
* Faith distress or feeling far from hope
This is a community that honors your whole story: body, mind, and meaning.
Is EndoKin Collective therapy?
EndoKin Collective is a supportive community and may include psychoeducation and optional psychotherapy groups. It is not a substitute for individual therapy, medical care, or crisis services. If you’re in an active crisis or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline right away.
What do I get as a member?
Member benefits may include:
* Community space for connection and discussion
* Live or recorded workshops and education
* Group support experiences (topic-based)
* Resources and member-only content
* Periodic events and wellness-based gatherings, virtually and in person in NY
* Discounts or perks with aligned partners when available
* Access to affordable EMDR Group therapy (the cost is included in the membership)
How do I join, and how do I access the member space?
After you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome message with:
* Your login or access link
* Community guidelines
* Where to start
* How to attend live events and find replays

How much does membership cost?
Membership is $27 billed monthly or annually. You can view current pricing and what’s included on the website.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your membership **[anytime / with X days notice]** through **[member portal link or instructions]**. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated in your membership terms.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a digital membership with immediate access to content, refunds are typically not available. If something went wrong (duplicate charge, access issues), email hello@cheerfulheartmhcpllc.com and we’ll help.
What are the community guidelines?
EndoKin is meant to be safe, inclusive, respectful, and supportive. Members agree to:
* Speak from personal experience and avoid diagnosing others
* Respect privacy and confidentiality
* Avoid graphic medical details that may be triggering to outhers without a disclaimer or trigger warning.
* No hate speech, harassment, bullying, or shaming
* No promotion or solicitation without permission
* Follow moderator instructions to keep the space safe
If someone violates guidelines, we may remove content or revoke access to protect the community.
Is my privacy protected?
We take privacy seriously. That said, no online space can guarantee complete confidentiality. Please avoid sharing highly identifying details. If you want to share sensitive information, we may recommend using a secure therapy portal or discussing it in 1:1 care.
Can I share screenshots or invite non-members into member events?
To protect the community, please do not share screenshots, recordings, or member-only materials outside EndoKin unless explicit permission is given. Member events are for members unless otherwise stated.
What if I’m triggered during a discussion or event?
That’s not uncommon when talking about medical trauma and chronic pain. Try:
* Pause and step away from the conversation
* Grounding: slow breathing, feet on the floor, cold water, a brief walk
* Choose content with care and skip what feels too activating
If you need clinical support, please reach out to your therapist or provider. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact emergency services.
Does EndoKin offer crisis support?
No. EndoKin cannot provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or considering harming yourself, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact **988** in the U.S. for immediate support. If you want to talk to someone, warmlines are also available here.
Are there live events? What if I miss them?
Yes, we host events monthly. Replays may be available when appropriate. If a replay is not posted, it may be to protect privacy. This will be noted clearly on the event.
Can I suggest topics or request a workshop?

Can members promote their business or services?
We love supporting members, but we keep promotions structured so they don’t overwhelm the space. Promotion is allowed only on Marketing Mondays and must follow guidelines. If you want to collaborate officially, contact hello@cheerfulheartmhcpllc.com
