This month’s neat finds and reminders at a glance!
💜 Ask Nomi
If you’re anything like me, you love discovering neat finds for endometriosis and hormone health. February is Black History Month, and this month I’m centering Black women’s experiences with endo and medical trauma (including sharing my own story on Instagram and YouTube). Part of advocating for ourselves is being intentional about what we put in and on our bodies (both physically and mentally). Here are a few endometriosis-friendly finds, some returning finds, and a very important book to preorder.
Daea EndoWellness Period Support: A 14-in-1 Superpowder Made With Endo in Mind

This one caught my attention because it was created by a woman with endometriosis, scientist-formulated, and OB-GYN approved. Daea’s EndoWellness Period Support is a daily superpowder (not a pill — you mix it into water) packed with 14 science-backed ingredients designed to work together to support hormone balance, ease bloating and pain, and support mood.
What’s inside: Magnesium bisglycinate, myo-inositol (40:1 ratio), quercetin, resveratrol, bromelain, chasteberry, omega-3 from flaxseed, vitamins B6, C, D3, E, and K2, plus chromium and zinc. Many of these are ingredients that endo specialists and naturopathic doctors frequently recommend individually — so having them combined in one scoop is a nice convenience factor.
Why I like it:
It’s specifically formulated for endometriosis — not just a general “women’s health” supplement relabeled
Third-party tested, non-GMO, gluten-free, and no added sugar
Comes in hormone-safe glass packaging (minimal plastic), which matters when you’re trying to reduce endocrine disruptor exposure
Made in an NSF & GMP certified facility
Most people report noticing changes around the 3-month mark with consistent daily use
The reviews are encouraging — women are reporting reduced daily pain, lighter and shorter periods, better energy during their cycle, and improved mood. One reviewer called it “magical fairy dust” (I love that).

An Oldie But A Goodie Neat Find for Endometriosis Relief: The Formula for Cramps: Ancient Herbal Wisdom Meets Modern Relief
If you’re someone who reaches for ibuprofen the moment cramps hit, this one is worth a look. The Formula for Cramps is a topical pain cream thoughtfully created by herbalists, combining the ancient wisdom of Chinese Herbal Medicine with healing oils to aid women dealing with monthly period discomfort. You apply it to your lower abdomen, inside the navel, and lower back — and you can feel it working without it feeling sticky on the skin.
What’s inside: A blend of pain-fighting ingredients including castor oil, magnesium oil, and Motherwort, combined with warming essential oils (ginger, copaiba, cypress, rosemary), menthol for penetration, and a proprietary herbal extract blend featuring corydalis, angelica root, mugwort, safflower, and licorice root.
Why I like it:
All-natural, organically sourced ingredients when available — no dyes or artificial ingredients
Herbs specifically suited for women’s pain and uterine cramps
Magnesium and menthol work together for targeted, fast-absorbing relief
You can layer a cloth and heating pad over the cream for extra relief
21 five-star reviews — one reviewer said it was “better than Advil” and another called it a “game-changer for period pain and endo pain”
$39.00 per bottle
Pro tip: They also make a general pain cream and a skin formula. The cramps version is the one designed specifically for period and endo discomfort.

Must-Read: Remembered and Living Text — Black Women Living with Endometriosis

This is the Black History Month find I’m most excited about. Remembered and Living Text: Black Women Living with Endometriosis is a powerful new book by Shakita Thomas Kpetay and Tamien Elder that sheds light on the historical and present-day injustices shaping Black women’s experiences with endometriosis.
Part memoir, part call to action, this text reclaims the narrative around Black women’s bodies — centering them as sites of knowledge, transformation, and healing. It’s essential reading for anyone living with endo, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
How to get involved:
Pre-order your copy now for $21.99 — and when you pre-order, you automatically receive 30% off any other text from the Aya Media online store

Still Loving: Henry Rose — EWG-Verified Perfume (Endo-Friendly Fragrance!)

If you missed this from last month’s finds, Henry Rose is still my go-to recommendation for anyone who loves smelling good but feels cautious about endocrine disruptors in traditional fragrances. It’s one of the few perfume brands that’s EWG-VERIFIED™, which is reassuring when you’re ingredient-conscious.
Why I like it: A cleaner-feeling fragrance option, transparent standards, and true “treat yourself” energy without the same worry.

Still on Our Radar: Ask Nomi — Personalized Hormonal & Period Health Support
Ask Nomi is still a project I’m watching closely. The idea is coordinated, team-based support and a care plan that looks at the whole picture of your menstrual health and period symptoms which rarely fit neatly into one specialty. They aim to keep care in-network when possible, which is a real plus.
If you want a more guided approach to hormonal and period health, the waitlist is still open.

A Black History Month Reminder for Black Women with Endometriosis: Your Pain Deserves to Be Seen
Black women wait an average of 8–12 years for an endometriosis diagnosis longer than nearly any other group. This month, I’m sharing my own medical trauma story on our Instagram and YouTube to honor and center the experiences of Black women navigating endo. If my story gives you permission to hold yours with compassion too, then it’s done its job.

A quick note (disclaimer)
These are resources I’m sharing because they may be helpful and of interest to you. This is not medical advice. Always check with your healthcare team for what’s best for your body and your needs. Supplements and topical products can interact with medications and are not a replacement for medical treatment. They work best as a complementary support alongside your care plan.
If you try any of these, let me know what you think. I love hearing what endo sisters are finding helpful. 💛
