As a woman with endometriosis who has spent years figuring out what actually helps and what is just beautifully packaged noise, I love to share what I am finding helpful!
Every month, I share a few things I have genuinely been using, loving, or researching. This month is especially relevant because March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, and I wanted to spotlight a few things that have been quietly working in the background of my own wellness routine. Consider this your permission slip to take care of yourself without overthinking it. See our Endometriosis Neat Finds below!
As always, please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are managing hormone-sensitive conditions. These are personal shares, not clinical prescriptions.

🌿 Curly Proverbz Mane Squeeze MSM + Vitamin C + Collagen
The one that quietly changed my joints AND my hairline.

I want to start with this one because the results genuinely surprised me. I picked up Curly Proverbz Mane Squeeze MSM primarily for my hair, which had been going through it. Between stress, hormonal fluctuations, and the general chaos of managing a chronic illness, my hair is not having it’s best moment. I used to take these supplements separately, but I am in supplement overload. So see these awesome ingredients combined have been a relief and a lifesaver for my hair and joints.
MSM — methylsulfonylmethane — is an organic sulfur compound that has been researched for its anti-inflammatory properties, particularly for joint pain and connective tissue support. There is a growing body of peer-reviewed literature suggesting that MSM supplementation can reduce markers of oxidative stress and inflammation, which matters a lot when you have a disease like endometriosis that is fundamentally inflammatory in nature. The Mane Squeeze formula pairs MSM with Type 1 and 3 Bovine Collagen (non-GMO, grass-fed) and Magnesium Ascorbate — a buffered form of Vitamin C that is gentler on the stomach and helps optimize the MSM and collagen absorption pathways.
Translation: this is not just a hair supplement. It is a whole-body connective tissue supplement that happens to work really well on hair too.
What I actually noticed:
My hair thickness increased noticeably over about eight weeks. I was popping scrunnies everywhere! My hair is naturally fine but super thick. But since taking this, I can’t even get my hair to lay down in it’s naturally coily state because it is so thick!
The joint pain in my hips and knees improved. Less popping and achiness!
My skin has been going through it! But this has helped some for sure.
My nails are harder than they have been in years and super long!
Price: $23.99 | In stock and ready to ship Key ingredients: MSM, Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen (non-GMO grass-fed), Vitamin C as Magnesium Ascorbate Note: Collagen is bovine-derived and not vegan. Consult your provider if pregnant, lactating, or on medication. |

🍯 Sweet Bee Organics Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter
The jar that lives on my nightstand and earns its spot every single night.

I have a complicated relationship with sleep. Between PMDD, endo-related muscle cramping, and a nervous system that apparently did not get the memo about rest, sleep has been elusive these days. I have tried the melatonin route, the weighted blanket route, and the "no screens after 8 PM" route. Some things help. Most things take the edge off at best.
Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter is different, and I say that as someone who was deeply skeptical of topical applications of supplements.
Here is the science: most of us are chronically deficient in magnesium, and oral supplementation has to survive the digestive process before it gets where it needs to go. Transdermal magnesium, absorbed through the skin, bypasses this entirely.
Research on topical magnesium delivery has shown it can support muscle relaxation, reduce cortisol levels, and modulate the GABA receptors associated with calm and sleep onset. For women with PMDD and endometriosis specifically, magnesium deficiency has been linked to heightened pain sensitivity, worsened menstrual cramping, and disrupted sleep in the luteal phase of the cycle.
Each grape-sized application contains approximately 350 to 360 mg of magnesium — the recommended daily amount for adults. I apply it to my thighs and calves about 20 minutes before bed, and sometimes to my lower abdomen during the worst cramping phases of my cycle.
What I actually noticed:
PMDD-induced insomnia on my cycle has gotten significantly better. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer during what used to be my worst nights.
There is a calming ritual quality to the application itself that signals to my nervous system that we are done for the day. The scent is soothing in itself and I often inhale the scent directly from the jar after applying.
The lavender-scented version is genuinely beautiful — subtle, not overwhelming. And this is coming from someone who HATES lavender!
Available in: Organic Lavender, Fragrance Free, Deep Winter (new) Sizes: 30ml (1-week trial) / 120ml (30-day supply) / 250ml (60-day supply) Price: Starting at $17.99 for trial size, $38.99 for 120ml Key ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Shea Butter, Mango Seed Butter, Vitamin E, Lavender Essential Oil |

💊 Daea Endo Support Supplement
Science-backed, endo-specific, and built by someone who actually has Endo.

I want to be careful here because I know how many supplements claim to "support hormonal health" while delivering approximately nothing. But Daea is striving to be different.
Daea was created by a team that includes a woman living with endometriosis, a former USDA research scientist, and a board-certified OB/GYN. It is a daily superpowder with 14 carefully dosed, evidence-informed nutrients specifically formulated to address inflammation, hormone dysregulation, and cycle health in people with endometriosis. It is also third-party tested — which in the supplement world is important since it signals the purity and integrity of the supplements.
What sets it apart for me is the intention behind the formulation. This was not built by a general wellness brand that decided to slap "endo" onto their marketing keywords. It was built by someone who has endometriosis, who collaborated with clinical and scientific expertise, and who designed something with a specific mechanistic rationale for each of the 14 ingredients.
For women who are overwhelmed by countless pills and powders, Daea can condense your routine into an easy powder that you can mix with your favorite drink.
Daea at a glance:
14 nutrients in one daily formula: no ten-capsule morning routines
Designed specifically for endo and period-related inflammation, not general wellness
Third-party tested for quality and ingredient accuracy
Created with clinical oversight by a board-certified OB/GYN
Founded by a woman with endo

Please consult your doctor before adding any new supplement, particularly if you are managing endometriosis alongside other conditions or medications. Individual results vary.
💛 A Final Word
I share these finds because I know how exhausting it is to be sick and also expected to become an expert in your own treatment. You should not have to spend your limited energy decoding ingredient labels and sorting through influencer noise.
None of these products will fix endometriosis. Nothing topical or supplemental will. But some things genuinely make the day-to-day more manageable, and if something I have tried can save you a little time or bring a little relief, that is worth sharing.
